How to read diagnosis results and evidence
Read source, time and sample before the headline. Missing evidence is insufficient evidence. It is not a zero score and not a healthy score. Sample results must stay labeled as samples.
Fields to read first
| Field | Meaning | If missing |
|---|---|---|
| Source | Page check, platform report or sampled answers | Mark unavailable. Do not fill it in. |
| Time | When the check or collection happened | Do not treat it as still current |
| Sample | Valid answers, pages or report window | Do not compute a ratio when the sample is insufficient |
| Scope | Brand, site, market and language | Do not compare with other results if scope is unclear |
Missing is not a zero score
Observing no mention is not the same as failing to observe. The first can produce a rate inside a valid sample. The second is insufficient evidence or not connected.
The public preview says the visibility health score is not ready because only a page-level check ran. That sentence does not judge the brand as a failure.
Samples and live results
Brand names, gaps and metrics on the diagnosis and product-demo pages are demonstrations. Keep the sample or demo label when quoting them.
Next step
If the result mentions mentions, citations or recommendations, read the difference first. If it is marked insufficient evidence, read data sources, freshness and insufficient evidence.
