The service

Omseek provides software capabilities for visibility growth, including modules such as monitoring, evidence, recommendations, execution and verification. Cloud is hosted multi-tenant service; Studio is customer-controlled deployment. Both share core contracts with different operational responsibilities.

Accounts and authorisation

You are responsible for account credentials and in-tenant authorisation. Use the service only within lawful, authorised scope. Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, permission controls or spend/abuse guardrails.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, security abuse or misuse of compute and collection resources. The platform may rate-limit or suspend access for clear abuse and record related events.

Data and content

You retain applicable rights in content you submit; Omseek processes that content as needed to provide the service. Privacy and processing boundaries are in the Privacy Notice and DPA outline. In Studio, business data remains under your environment by default.

What is not guaranteed

• No guarantee of ranking, mention, citation or recommendation outcomes in external search or AI engines.
• No guarantee of specific commercial conversion, market share or “first-mover” status.
• Diagnosis previews and sample data illustrate method; they are not real customer results or verified health scores.
• Quantified availability or latency service levels apply only when stated in a signed commercial document; this page does not publish SLA figures.

Intellectual property

Omseek product, brand and documentation are protected under applicable law. Open portions of the VGO methodology follow their public licences; the product implementation and commercial brand remain with the product party.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect losses and lost expected profits arising from use of the service are governed by the liability caps in your signed agreement. This page neither expands nor shrinks those contractual terms.

Changes and contact
