How to choose the next action from a diagnosis
A next action must name the object, evidence, owner and verification method. Priority should explain user value, evidence strength, cost, risk and feasibility. The system does not execute externally without authorization.
Priority factors
Decide connects diagnosis and execution: prioritize opportunities using these factors and record why actions were selected or deferred.
- Value: whether the issue affects a relevant choice in the target market. Unknown value stays unknown and is not defaulted to highest.
- Evidence strength: source, time and a valid sample.
- Coverage gap: missing owned content or facts.
- Cost and feasibility: the effort, budget, site publishing, entitlement and external connections required.
- Risk: the cost of publishing a wrong fact.
Human review
Suggestions may come from rules or models. External publishing, paid actions and external writes still need authorization and approval. Review confirms the object version, the intended direction of change and the rollback path. Expected impact is not a promised lift.
Execution conditions
- The action object is an existing page, fact or configuration, not an empty registration.
- The execution channel is authorized. Unauthorized automatic execution does not happen.
- Success is an actual side effect or a verifiable receipt, not a queue marked complete.
